Alexander is the Director of Operations and Lead Analyst at Nickerson & Associates and has been with the firm since 2018. He specializes in class action wage and hour analysis, multiple regression analysis to evaluate disparate treatment, and policy forecasting.

Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics with a minor in Statistics from the University of Washington and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Security and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University. He is also a candidate for a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Alexander served as a Yahel Social Change Fellow in Israel from 2021-2022 and a Global Humanitarian Aid Fellow in Dominica in 2019. He is also the former chair of the Washington State Legislative Youth Advisory Council, where he worked with legislators on issues ranging from youth homelessness to K-12 education.

In his free time, he enjoys hiking and playing the piano. ​
