Alex started as an Administrative & Analytics Intern at the firm for two years before returning as an analyst. Over that time, he has become the firm’s Jack-of-all-trades doing research, replicating analyses for integrity checks, and working on pay disparity analyses for a private firm. He has also worked on our website and helped with the often onerous task of securing and logging case data.
In his other life, he has been busy. He has been the Chairman of the Washington State Legislative Youth Advisory Council, a US-UK Fulbright Summer Institutes Scholar, a Global Humanitarian Aid Fellow in Dominica with the NGO IsraAID, and conducted research in the UW Department of Statistics on rates of national police violence. In 2017, he was awarded the University of Washington’s President’s Medal as a Sophomore.
Alex has a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Statistics from the University of Washington, and a Master of Arts in Security and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University.
