Jordan McCaslin joined the Nickerson & Associates as Data Analyst in 2025 where he primarily works on wage and hour cases and provides rigorous analysis in wrongful termination matters. 

Jordan holds a Ph.D. In Mathematics at Oregon State University, where his research focused on functional analysis and mathematical biology. He previously completed both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at Western Washington University, graduating magna cum laude. Throughout his academic career, Jordan received multiple awards for excellence in research and teaching. He has also presented his work at national conferences such as the Joint Mathematical Meetings and has published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Difference Equations and Applications.

​Outside of work, Jordan enjoys reading and hiking with his dogs.
