Libby is a Research Data Analyst at Nickerson & Associates and has been with the firm since 2022. She enjoys working on reports related to class action off-the-clock disputes, administering the West Coast longshoremen's casual acquisition lotteries, investigating rounding patterns in employee timecard data, and applying statistical techniques to differentiate disparate impact and disparate treatment.  

Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Development with a concentration in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from Columbia University. She received the Stuart Gaffin Award for Leadership and Engagement in Sustainable Development and graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. Libby is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys running and working on the Times crossword.  ​
